Industrial sewage treatment equipment is an important tool to ensure the health of living environment and water environment. Only through correct use methods can we ensure the effectiveness of sewage treatment equipment. But this is not enough. In the daily use of industrial sewage treatment equipment, sometimes the equipment failure is not because it is not used correctly, but because the correct methods are not adopted in the usual maintenance. Therefore, the sewage treatment equipment must be properly maintained regularly, so as to keep the equipment in normal working condition and prolong the service life of the equipment.
The daily maintenance of MBR membrane focuses on online maintenance and cleaning, that is, NaClO solution and citric acid solution with concentration of (300-500ppm) are injected into the membrane for cleaning. There are two common methods: chemical on-line cleaning and external immersion chemical cleaning. When the medium pressure difference increases during operation or cleaning regularly, it is mainly determined according to the degree of membrane pollution during operation. Firstly, ensure that the water in the cleaning tank is full, and calculate the required dosage (2L / m2, configuration concentration 500-000ppm); Close the electric valves on the suction pump and suction pipe, and then close the aeration after standing still for 1 minute; After all cleaning agents are injected into the membrane wire, close all valves on the metering pump and agent injection pipe, stand for about 120 minutes, and the total contact time between the drug solution and the membrane shall be maintained at 150 minutes; After 150 minutes, open the outlet pipe valve, run the suction pump, and finish the chemical cleaning process after the chemical cleaning solution. After completion, close the aeration valve of clean water tank and open the aeration valve of membrane tank. This method can be used when the operating negative pressure of MBR system exceeds -0.05mpa or the effect can not be achieved by on-line chemical cleaning. Close the membrane module valve to be cleaned, remove the membrane, wash the membrane surface with clean water, soak it in 2500 solution for 6-24 hours, and soak it in NaOH solution (pH = 10) for more than 3 hours (24 hours or more if possible);
When there is salt scale on the membrane surface, soak it in 0.1 ~ 0.5% hydrochloric acid for more than 1 hour before the above operation; If the cleaning effect is still poor after the above operations, continue to immerse the diaphragm in an alcohol solution with a purity of more than 90% for 0.5 ~ 1 minute (during alcohol immersion, the water in the membrane cavity shall be discharged, the membrane energy can be recovered, and then put it into clean water for installation.
