At present, phase I incineration line has been officially put into operation with a design daily treatment capacity of 80t / D. the main devices include rotary kiln system, secondary combustion chamber, waste heat boiler system, quench tower, dry deacidification tower, bag filter, wet electric mist eliminator, scr-sco device, induced draft fan, 60m exhaust funnel and CEMS flue gas online monitoring, The technical performance indicators of hazardous waste incineration facilities meet the requirements of Table 1 of the pollution control standard for hazardous waste incineration (gb18484-2020), and the emission concentration of flue gas pollutants of incineration facilities is better than the requirements of Table 3 of the standard.
